السيدة ميشيل بيشليت رئيسة جمهورية تشيلي.. والأن رئيسة المفوضية العليا لحقوق الإنسان في الأمم المتحدة..

و رئيسة فخرية في المنظمة العالمية لحقوق الإنسان في ال WSA..
أول مرة التقيت بها في مؤتمر القمة العربية في قطر وكان لي دعوة من وزارة الخارجية القطرية وكانت مشاركة بصفتها رئيسة مجموعة دول أميركا الاتنية والقت كلمة حول بناء الإنسان..
وقت الإستراحة كانت مع مرافقيها فأوقفتها استئذنها لالتقت صورة تذكارية معها وعندما عرفتها بنفسي بأني امين عام المنظمة العالمية لحقوق الإنسان تفاجئت بها تدعوني لتناول كوب من القهوة معها ونتناقش حول موضوع حقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط ولا سيما في الدول العربية، وكان اللقاء ربع ساعة واعطتني رقمها اذا أحتجت لأي مساعدة…
وبعد فترة التقينا في مؤتمر دولي إقامتها الأمم المتحدة (الاسكوا) في فندق ال فينيسيا في بيروت وكذلك تناقشنا في عدد من القضايا لا سيما في موضوع حقوق الإنسان.
حتى وصلت لمنصب رئيسة المفوضية العليا لحقوق الإنسان في الأمم المتحدة.
امرأة حولت بلدها الى اهم الدول الاقتصادية بعد ان كانت من الدول الفقيرة وحاربت الفساد وكانت قريبة جدا من الشعب ورفضت التجديد لها في ولاية رئاسية ثانية.
وعندما انتهت ولايتها الرئاسية نزل الشعب التشيلي بأكمله ليودعها وسط الدموع..

شاهدوا بإنفسكم كم نحن بحاجة لهكذا زعماء نظيفي الكف وليعتبرون الحكم وظيفة لخدمة الشعب والوطن وليست منفعة لسرقة البلد واموال الشعب..
وأذا لم تذرفوا الدموع على اوطانكم
فأنتم لستم ببشر..

And Honorary President of the World Organization for Human Rights in the WSA ..
The first time I met her at the Arab summit conference in Qatar. I had an invitation from the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and she was participating in her capacity as President of the Group of Ethnic American Countries and she gave a speech on human development.
At the time of the break, she was with her companions, so I stopped her asking her permission to meet a souvenir with her, and when I introduced her to myself that I am the Secretary-General of the World Organization for Human Rights, I was surprised by her. She invites me to have a cup of coffee with her and we discuss the issue of human rights in the Middle East, especially in the Arab countries, and the meeting was a quarter of an hour and she gave me her number if Need any help …
After a while, we met at an international conference held by the United Nations (ESCWA) at the Phenicia Hotel in Beirut. We also discussed a number of issues, especially the issue of human rights.
Until I reached the position of President of the High Commission for Human Rights at the United Nations.
A woman who transformed her country into the most important economic country after it was one of the poor countries and fought corruption and was very close to the people and refused to renew her for a second presidential term.
When her presidential term ended, the entire Chilean people came to bid her farewell in tears.
Watch this video. It made my tears shed from what I saw in this farewell ceremony for a woman who presented her country and people with the highest meanings of loyalty and sincerity.
