الصين تحضر لورشة “إعمار لبنان”: مشاريع ضخمة تحمل المفاجآت.. وميقاتي يكلف

كواليس – طبول صينية تقرع في لبنان، دولة الصين الشعبية التي رعت اضخم اتفاق اقليمي جمع السعودية وايران، ما زالت تشق طريق الحرير الخاص بها، ويعتبر لبنان المحطة الاخيرة لها قبل استكمال دربها نحو الغرب.

وكان رئيس رئيس حكومة تصريف الأعمال نجيب ميقاتي استقبل “رئيس مركز الشرق الأوسط للدراسات والتنمية وائل خليل ياسين” في السراي الحكومي وذلك خلال جولة الأخير على القيادات اللبنانية بهدف تقريب السعي لحل الأزمة اللبنانية واعادة اطلاق عجلة العلاقات اللبنانية الصينية.

وقد بحث ميقاتي مع ياسين الوضع السياسي اللبناني والوضع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط خاصة التسوية السعودية الايرانية التي جرت برعاية صينية.

وأعرب ياسين أن الرئيس ميقاتي أكد أهمية التواصل فيما بين اللبنانيين للانتهاء من تعطيل المؤسسات وعملها ووجوب انتخاب رئيس للجمهورية.

كما تباحث ميقاتي مع ياسين في كيفية تعزيز العلاقات اللبنانية الصينية وامكانية الدفع بالشراكة بين البلدين، مؤكدًا دعمه لكافة المشاريع التي تعود بالفائدة للبلدين.

وقد كلف ميقاتي ياسين بالتواصل مع القيادات الصينية والشركات العامة والخاصة بهدف جلب الاستثمارات والمشاريع وخاصة ما يتعلق بحل ازمة الكهرباء وتنفيذ ما تم الاتفاق عليه مع الرئيس الصيني شي جينيينغ في الرياض خلال لقاءه مع ميقاتي.

من جهته، أكد ياسين للرئيس ميقاتي أنه لم ولن يوفر جهدًا في سبيل انقاذ لبنان وسيسعى عبر تواصله مع كافة الجهات السياسية اللبنانية لتقريب وجهات النظر بينهم للوصول الى حل يعيد للبنان حياته وازدهاره وسيسعى عبر علاقاته كافة لتأمين الدعم الدولي لذلك.

وفيما يتعلق بالمشاريع، اعتبر ياسين أن الصين لطالما أكدت وقوفها الى جانب لبنان وهي حكومة وشعبا وتؤكد دائمًا أنها مستعدة للمساهمة في اي مشاريع في لبنان وخاصة الكهرباء.

وقال ياسين: “لقد طرحنا سابقًا سلسلة ضخمة من المشاريع المشتركة الصينية اللبنانية وقد لاقت ترحيبًا لدى الجانب الصيني وسنتابع ذلك حتى نصل الى خواتيم ايجابية تعيد للبنان نهضته وازدهاره”.

Kawalis – Chinese drums are beating in Lebanon, the People’s Republic of China, which sponsored the largest regional agreement that brought together Saudi Arabia and Iran, is still building its own Silk Road, and Lebanon is its last stop before completing its path towards the West.

Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati received “President of the Middle East Center for Studies and Development, Wael Khalil Yassin,” at the Grand Serail, during the latter’s tour of the Lebanese leaders, with the aim of bringing the quest to resolve the Lebanese crisis closer and relaunching the Lebanese-Chinese relations.

Mikati discussed with Yassin the Lebanese political situation and the situation in the Middle East, especially the Saudi-Iranian settlement that took place under Chinese auspices.

Yassin expressed that President Mikati stressed the importance of communication among the Lebanese to end the disruption of institutions and their work, and the necessity of electing a president for the republic.

Mikati also discussed with Yassin how to strengthen Lebanese-Chinese relations and the possibility of advancing partnership between the two countries, stressing his support for all projects that benefit both countries.

Mikati assigned Yassin to communicate with Chinese leaders and public and private companies with the aim of bringing in investments and projects, especially with regard to resolving the electricity crisis and implementing what was agreed upon with Chinese President Xi Jining in Riyadh during his meeting with Mikati.

For his part, Yassin assured President Mikati that he did not and will not spare any effort in order to save Lebanon, and he will seek, through his communication with all Lebanese political parties, to bring their points of view closer together to reach a solution that restores Lebanon’s life and prosperity, and he will seek through all his relations to secure international support for that.

With regard to projects, Yassin considered that China has always affirmed its support for Lebanon, the government and the people, and has always affirmed that it is ready to contribute to any projects in Lebanon, especially electricity.

Yassin said, “We have previously proposed a huge series of Chinese-Lebanese joint projects, which were welcomed by the Chinese side, and we will follow up on that until we reach positive conclusions that will restore Lebanon to its renaissance and prosperity.”
