برعاية وحضور رئيس الجمهورية الانتقالية في مالي الكولونيل مالك ديوا ورئيس الحكومة الانتقالية السيد مختار واني ورئيس المجلس الإسلامي الشرعي الأعلى رئيس الطائفة الشيعية الشيخ حيدره وكلا من سفراء المغرب والجزائر وتشاد ومورتنيا وسفراء دول غرب أفريقيا ووزراء ونواب وشخصيات ورؤساء أحزاب سياسية وجمعيات وحشد جماهيري قدرت بالألاف.

شارك الأمين العام للمنظمة العالمية لحقوق الإنسان في ال WSA السفير الأممي علي عقيل خليل والبريفسور يحي اليغري ورئيس المركز الإسلامي الافريقي العربي الشيخ امين الصايغ في الاحتفال الرسمي والشعبي بأفتتاح مركز الإمام محمود ديكو للسلام والتعايش السلمي في دول الساحل.

وكانت عدد من الكلمات لكل من فخامة الرئيس الكولونيل مالك ديوا ورئيس المجلس الإسلامي الشرعي الأعلى الشيخ حيدره والسفير الأممي علي عقيل خليل وبعد السفراء العرب والافارقة كلها ركزت حول دور هذا المركز في نشر ثقافةالسلام والحوار بين المذاهب والاديان بين دول الساحل وصولا للعالم.

وكانت كلمة لرئيس المركز الشيخ د. محمود ديكو الذي تحدث عن أهداف المركز وهو العمل من اجل نشر السلام في هذا الساحل ونشر ثقافة التلاقي بين المذاهب والاديان والحوار فيما بينهم لان بالحوار وحده نحارب الكراهية والحقد والتفرقة بين الاديان.

وبعدها قام فخامة الرئيس الكولونيل مالك ديوا ورئيس الحكومة الانتقالية السيد مختار واني ورئيس المجلس الإسلامي الشرعي الأعلى الشيخ حيدره والشيخ د. محمود ديكو والسفراء بقص الشريط والاطلاع من الشيخ محمود ديكو على أقسام المركز.

وكانت عدد من الكلمات لمحطة التلفزة المالية من فخامة الرئيس الكولونيل مالك ديوا ورئيس الحكومة الانتقالية السيد مختار واني ورئيس المجلس الإسلامي الشرعي الأعلى الشيخ حيدره وعدد من السفراء ومنهم الأمين العام للمنظمة العالمية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الأممي علي عقيل خليل الذي قال :
ان اردت ان تغلق سجنا افتح مدرسة او مركز للثقافة ان هذا المركز في نشر ثقافةالسلام والحوار بين المذاهب والاديان بين دول الساحل وصولا للعالم هو أن كان يدل على شي فإنه ا يدل على عظمة هذا الإمام بايمانه بأن لغة التحاور بين كافة الطوائف والمذاهب هو السبيل الوحيد لزرع المحبة والسلام والتأخي ومد جسور التعاون بين الشعوب والطوائف.
وبعدها أقام الإمام الشيخ محمود ديكو غداء في منزله على شرف الحضور.
وكان الأمين العام للمنظمة العالمية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الأممي علي عقيل خليل قد وصل إلى مكان الاحتفال بمواكبة أمنية رافقته من الفندق واستقبل من قبل مدير المراسيم وجلس في المنصة قرب رئيس الحكومة الانتقالية السيد مختار واني.
وكان مدير مكتب الشيخ د. محمود ديكو الشيخ عثمان كوما قد القى كلمة مشيدا بالامين العام للمنظمة السفير علي خليل وتكريمه للأمام د. محمود ديكو معتبرا هذا التكريم، هو تكريم للشعب المالي بأكمله شاكرا السفير علي خليل باسم الشباب المسلم في مالي وبأسم الشعب والحكومة المالية على هذا التكريم الدولي.

The Secretary-General of the World Organization for Human Rights in the WSA, the UN Ambassador Ali Akil Khalil, Priestess Yahya Al-Yegri, and the President of the Afro-Arab Islamic Center, Sheikh Amin Al-Sayegh, participated in the official and popular celebration of the inauguration of the Imam Mahmoud Deko Center for Peace and Peaceful Coexistence in the Sahel countries.
A number of speeches were made by His Excellency Colonel Malik Dewa, President of the Supreme Islamic Sharia Council Sheikh Haidara, the UN Ambassador Ali Akil Khalil, and after all the Arab and African ambassadors, they focused on the role of this center in spreading the culture of peace and dialogue between sects and religions between the countries of the Sahel to reach the world.
And the word of the head of the center, Sheikh d. Mahmoud Deco, who spoke about the center’s goals, which is to work to spread peace on this coast and to spread the culture of convergence between sects and religions, and dialogue among them, because with dialogue alone we fight hatred, hatred and interfaith discrimination.
After that, His Excellency Colonel Malek Dewa, Prime Minister of the Transitional Government, Mukhtar Wani, Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Sharia Council Sheikh Haidarah and Sheikh Dr. Mahmoud Deco and the ambassadors cut the tape, and Sheikh Mahmoud Deko checked the center’s departments.
A number of speeches were given to the financial television station by His Excellency Colonel Malik Dewa, Prime Minister of the Transitional Government, Mr. Mukhtar Wani, Chairman of the Supreme Islamic Sharia Council Sheikh Haidara, and a number of ambassadors, including the Secretary-General of the World Organization for Human Rights, the UN Ambassador Ali Akil Khalil, who said:
If you want to close a prison, open a school or a center for culture, this center in spreading the culture of peace and dialogue between sects and religions between the countries of the Sahel and reaching the world is that if it indicates something, it does not indicate the greatness of this imam in his belief that the language of dialogue between all sects and sects is the only way to cultivate Love, peace, fraternity and building bridges of cooperation between peoples and sects.
After that, Imam Sheikh Mahmoud Deco held a lunch at his home in honor of the attendees.
The Secretary-General of the World Organization for Human Rights, the UN Ambassador Ali Akil Khalil, had arrived at the ceremony, accompanied by a security escort from the hotel, and was received by the director of the ceremonies and sat on the podium near the head of the transitional government, Mukhtar Wani.
The office manager of Sheikh Dr. Mahmoud Deco, Sheikh Othman Kuma, delivered a speech praising the Secretary-General of the organization, Ambassador Ali Khalil, and his honor, Dr. Mahmoud Deco, considering this honor to be a tribute to the entire Malian people, thanking Ambassador Ali Khalil on behalf of the Muslim youth in Mali and on behalf of the people and the Malian government for this international honor.
