class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,000 and 550,000<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> additional res<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span city<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u2019<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">s lifestyle<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">safety, hygien<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">better medical <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">facilities<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, schooling<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> and <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">business environment <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">among other fact<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span
